The Bill (Reg.№4240) envisages the adding of the effective law by the norms concerning: the right of the taxpayer on the pre-termed extinction of the tax obligation in UAH; repayment of the taxation obligation by cash or non-cash transaction trough banking institutions; conditions of implementation or non-implementation of taxation obligation paid.
During the discussion the members of the Committee expressed a number of motions to the Bill. In particular it was declared that by the effective law the conditions and order of the taxation obligation extinction is envisaged. According to the People´s Deputies hey should not upheld the norm according to which the taxpayer has a right to extinct the obligation pre-termed.
Moreover, S. Teriokhin, the Chairman of the Committee declared that "it may lead to the uneven budget planning and stability of the budget incomes and as a result, budget financing".
